I had a recurring problem with my brakes and the team worked with me to resolve it. They were very helpful and I appreciate their patience and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, honesty and quality of the service. The car was taken in immediately (I had an appointment). They gave a quote (at my request) for some additional work but put no pressure on me to have the work done. BigO Tires is now my first choice for new tires.
