Jason did a fine professional job

Went in for an inspection ended up purchasing 4 new tires. Appreciated the professional recommendations/options and the manner in which they were presented---definitely not high pressure just a conversational approach like talking to friend over the backyard fence. Had an alignment issue and was told by a representative they did not have the equipment to totally fix one particular issue. That forthright statement sold me. I will be returning to have additional work done as recommended. Thanks Big O Tires!

I don't typically do surveys or leave comments but this is an exception. I talked with Chris at the Republic Rd. Location in Springfield, MO. Very knowledgeable, and courteous. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and offered some appropriate suggestions. The most important point I would like to make, is that it was a comfortable conversation. There was no high pressure sales or ill advice, which has been my experience at other shops in Springfield. Chris created an exceptional customer experience, and I would recommend his services.
