Big O Tires

Mr. Barron Rice was polite, knowledge and professional. He gave what my wife and I felt was excellent customer service.Our last visit to Big-O-Tires was 4-11-16.

Chris took care of me right away with no issues, these guys go beyond the service Everytime!

Very Pleased with service

Setting the appointment over the phone was easy. Dropping the car off was quick and uneventful. They called me when they were done with the tire rotation and alignment check. There were no issues!

I love this place. They are always so accommodating and work fast. It most of all, I trust them - which you can't say about many other service garages!

I purchased a couple of tires from them. They found issues with my brakes and did what they could to fix it till I can get the money for the full repair.

JASON AND THE GUYS ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB ON BOTH MY VEHICLES...NEVER TRY TO SELL SOMETHING THAT I DONT NEED...BUT WILL SAFETY CHECK THE VEHICLE AND WILL ADVISE IS THEY SEE A PROBLEM.

I did not have an appointment. I had a tire issue that would lead to a flat tire (screw puncture). They were very pleasant and got to my problem quickly. Unfortunately, my tire could not be saved. They were able to closely match the tread design to match my other tires (my request). They discussed the cost with me before hand for my approval. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed. I felt the store was kept very clean and I felt safe being there. Thank You for such fine service!

While I’m always satisfied with Big O locations, the particular location always hits it out of the park. They make it easy to schedule, tell me before I come in what price I will pay and then explain any extra repairs or upcoming maintenance in a way that’s not pressuring me to do it, but just informing what I need to do to keep my car running it’s best. Even though they had a packed schedule, they had my car in and out in the time it takes to do the service. I know they had to turn away other business that came in but I so appreciate them not taking walk-ins at the expense of getting my car finished quickly since I had booked an appointment. Thanks for the great work guys!
