I just needed an inspection this time. It was just nice not having someone hard selling something I didn't need. They did the inspection, they let me know how much brake pad was left, gave me the paperwork and sent me on my way. Thanks again

The associate, Christopher Davis from Big O Tires in Springfield, MO (on 1503 W Republic) knew that I was deaf and really took the time to communicate with me and really help me understand what was going on with the vehicle. Really nice guy and very helpful.
