I was quoted an estimate for the vehicle service before I decided to have the work performed. After scheduling the work to be done, leaving my car early AM the next day & being called that the work was complete much earlier than I expected, I was surprised. When I arrived to pay, the price was much less than originally quoted. I inquired why and the associate found a charge that did not get added onto my final invoice. So, I guess, I am a honest customer who paid more than I could have based on the original scope of work quote & related labor & parts charges that was presented when the issue was found. The guys did a great job, were very knowledgeable & polite & I will come back for future business. CW1
