Friendly, courteous, and prompt service. I appreciate the manner in how they treat me as a woman.

Friendly and when they suggested additional service I needed and when I said I could not afford it right now they let it go. There was no high pressure and I really appreciated that.

I had rear axle brake service done and was very pleased with the Speedy service. Also, the cost was relatively low comparatively speaking.

Had a leak in a tire on a road trip. Had purchased from Big O but there weren't any around in the state we were in so went to a large chain store with auto dept. They said they couldn't fix it because they 'were not allowed' due to where it was. Not sure what the deal was with that, because it was not in a sidewall or anything. So just nursed it until we were able to make it home. Took to my Big O and they fixed things up with no issues. Dropped off, got a call a while later (didn't wait as i needed to get to work) that it was all done. Picked up on my way home, and the tire was fixed, and all tires rotated and ready to go. No issues whatsoever. They are always very pleasant to speak with and this was no exception. Very happy I chose to purchase the tires here and will keep coming back.

I schedule a cooling system flush and an oil change. The truck was making a strange sound and they discovered the source of it and made it go away with no extra charge. Very pleased customer here.

Took over a hour for oil change and forgot to tell me when it was done.

Needed replacement tire - available within a few hours and was able to have it installed to be able to meet a deadline.

Lots of reasons, quality of service. They have helped me a couple of times with a "minor" emergency and didnt even charge me. Good people

Jason was awesome! Took my mom's car in with a steering/alignment problem that a dealership said "there was no problem", but clearly there was a BIG problem! Jason drove it, Identified the issue and fixed it! Thanks Jason!
