this is the 3 rd time using your services and will return. Its impotent to have a mechanic you can trust to not take advantage of you.

My wife was coming back from setting up for our daughters wedding and stopped by Big O on Glenstone to get a tire fixed that had a bolt in it.They were backed up for 2 hours but the manger called another store and they got her right in.When she pulled up they were ready to go and the tire was fixed in no time.Refreshing to see service like that.

Every experience I have had at Big O has been wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and they always explain things thoroughly in a way I can always understand. They are quick and always do a great job. I had to come in a few times recently with some tire issues and they got them taken care quickly and definitely exceeded my expectations.
