It was a busy Saturday, they where very friendly, and got finished sooner than promised.

Your teams is awesome and everyone was very informed.

I was able to walk in and drop off my car with them to do an oil change & tire rotation. I like being able to trust them to take care of it for me and just call me to come get it when they are complete.

So happy with all the work that they did. Customer service was amazing and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and explained it to me so I understood.

I have always had great service with this Big O Tire store. I have learned to just drop the vehicle off to give them the time they need to complete the service without me getting frustrated. They don't try to sell me something I do not need.

They got me worked in quickly for an inspection. Much appreciated not to make me wait.

I was a walk in customer needing tire balance and rotation. They worked me in between appointments, performed a multi point inspection that I didn’t ask for, but this made me aware of belt and wiper issues that needed to be addressed. Friendly staff, timely service and a good price. Will definitely recommend them and return when my truck needs service again.

The location and staff on W. Republic Road were AWESOME! They were able to get the tires I needed from a different location within an hour and install them the same day after I had a tire that hit a large piece of metal on the road.
