Big O Tires

I work for a local dealership, they couldn't work me in in time and I had to go out of town by noon. You guys not only got me in at the last minute, but you saved me a ton of money on my auto repair!!! I wil not take my vehicles anywhere else!!!!!

COVID has brought a lot of challenges when it comes to purchasing literally anything. I had no problems purchasing new tires for my Honda, and I was even given a discount when I gulped a little when it came time to pay the bill. I appreciate the gesture so much.

I got a state inspection there last week and they remembered me and my Jeep!

The customer service was excellent! I came in for a 7am appointment and an older gentleman came in right after me needing to have a tire checked so he could go to a funeral today several miles from Springfield. The man did not have an appointment and there was only one tech available for both my appointment and to help the gentleman with his tire. The customer service rep asked if I would mind if they looked at the man's tire before getting to my appointment and of course I did not mind. It was refreshing to see this type of customer care and on top of that they did not charge the man for checking to see if his tire was safe for the out of town trip. The CSR (I believe James is his name) also shared with me a nice Christmas story and video. I had an EXCELLENT experience and would recommend Big O Tire's to my friends and family.

Everywhere I go its a 2 to 3 hour wait. The two times I have been to this location it is in and out within an hour and giving my time back to me

I was there for free tire rotation/alignment. During that process, service tech performed several component inspections on my vehicle (understand this is standard policy). Inspections revealed my rear brakes were very worn and needed replacing (shoes & rotors). I opted to have this done and entire job took no more than one hour. I am pleased with the service I received and anticipate having future mntce. work performed by Big O.

My appointment was kept. The service was completed in a very timely manner. I was asked if I needed any other services. It was just a tire rotation, but still a good experience.

Great service and focus on going above and beyond for an existing customer. They not only matched one lower price but got within $15 of a second online price. I feel Jason went out of his way to keep me as a customer. Great Job!

I purchased tires from Big O in November. I decided to keep coming back because of the friendly staff. They do a great job on all things like oil changes to alignments and tires.

Close by and the staff is great
