Big O Tires

Jason and his crew took very good care of my car and me. They were busy but treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I got new tires and an oil change and my car runs like new

As usual things went smoothly.

My tire warning light came on, so I stopped by without an appointment. They worked me into the schedule, patched the tire, and sent me on with a smile. The guys are always very courteous, but fun.

Nick should have a big red "S" on his shirt. He could see that I was a little tired and stressed in trying to get my daughter's car in and out quickly and without an appointment. I had to take a day off of work, since she got stuck in the snow (tires weren't awful, but almost to the wear bars), and her oil was at 25%. I knew that the brake fluid needed to be replaced, and was told that. Alignment was good. Nobody tried to game me, and nobody tried to upsell me the stupid cabin air filter. Just FYI, I do not return to places that screw around with my cowls or glove boxes when I don't ask for it. Needed a new drain plug since the last garage stripped it. Your prices are higher than Mitchem for an oil change (around $8) and for the brake fluid change (around $8), but I didn't have time to wait around, and I saved having to take another day off in April. I get paid for vacation time that I don't use, so every hour that I saved now saves me a lot more than 8 bucks. Time is money, and Nick and the crew saved me money and stress. I appreciate that!

Great service: I called Big O Tires in need of two tires to match my other two. They knew I was in a hurry they rushed down to the warehouse got the two tires I needed had them in the building by the time I got there. They had my truck in and put the tires on all in about an hour. Great store great people

The staff was straight forward and with the engine warning light on, they actually got everything done sooner than I they would. The guys working the counters up front were friendly and caring.

I was there for a safety inspection and believed they were professional and informative.

The service was fast, the price was good and the dark haired gentleman (chris?), was very friendly.

I was refered to this store from another because of there high tech balancer equipment, they found my problem and replaced all 4 tires under warranty.

Chris Davis was very friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Though, I was hoping to get my tire just fixed instead of replacing all 4 of them, overall my experience couldn't have been much better. Thanks!

Dusty and Jason were having computer and internet problems all day but were still able to help everyone out that came in or called and were very up beat regardless of the problems they were dealing with. Good crew.
