Surprised at how quickly the job was done

You can always tell when a business is focusing on customer service and they are at Big O on Republic Rd. They've filled air tanks for me for no charge. I took a mower tire in that was flat. It was just off the rim and didn't have a hole in it so they aired it up, no charge. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

I recently had surgery and they were kind enough to check my tire pressure for me b/c I couldn't. I also told them about an issue I was having. They figured it out quickly, and scheduled an appointment during a time that worked well for me. Now that the part has been replaced I have had no further issues. Very satisfied. I have recommended to several others to go here.

The service people were friendly & helpful. I had a new tire put on & they explained what they saw with the other tires & the alinement. They changed the oil & windshield wipers & within 90 minutes I was good to go.

My wife had a flat tire in our Corvette and you guys take care of the situation very promptly and work with the logistics of getting the car up and running later that afternoon

At my last visit, I was just there to have a tire leak repaired. No prior appointment but they worked me in and job was done in about one hour (and they were quire busy). Earlier this year, I purchased a set of tires for a different vehicle and was very pleased with the price, tire quality and service.

The associates were all very friendly and specific with their explanations about my car even though the shop was extremely busy
