I waited for an hour and a half to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Much too long since I already had an appointment set.

Overall it was a good experience. I made my appointment through the website. The response time to my request was excellent. I was there about an hour for a single tire change. I was offered a complimentary inspection and alignment check, which I requested.. The alignment printer had a malfunction, so I got a verbal report on the alignment, but the salesman said I could stop by at a later date and pick up a paper copy of the alignment check. I asked and received a copy of the inspection report. The store was very busy and was impressed how courteous and the responsiveness of the salesmen. I'll be back for two more tires at a later date. Thanks!

Went in for an oil change very nice guy working the front. I like that they had a nice waiting area. Will definitely go to Big O Tires every time I need something done to my vehicle.

The employees that I worked with were very helpful and gave price estimates before the services were provided. They also called me while looking at my car to update me as to what the car needs were.

I have been a Big O customer since I was 16, and have ALWAYS been treated very well. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and the staff is always friendly and informative. Now that my son is turning 16, I wanted to make sure his car was safe before putting him on the road. Nick and his team looked at everything, and even gave me a timeline of when other services may be needed. I left feeling super confident that my son will be safe.
