Nick was very friendly and super helpful. He got my tire fixed in no time at all and had me on my way after I had been told by a Discount Tires that my tire needed replaced. Thanks Nick!

The first time was for the biennial state inspection. Although it passed inspection, the inspector recommended two items that would soon become serious. Those items were fixed in a timely fashion.

They got my car in on-time and finished very close to their estimate. Work was well done and their inspection caught something that would have left me stranded if not fixed soon. Courteous and professional.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Patriot in and was waite don promptly. the clerk took my inquiry quickly and approximately 30 minutes later my Jeep was on a lift and I had an answer a short time later. I was able to get an appointment to repair the issue a short time later. I will be coming back.

Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and offered some appropriate suggestions. The most important point I would like to make, is that it was a comfortable conversation. There was no high pressure sales or ill advice, which has been my experience at other shops in Springfield. Chris created an exceptional customer experience, and I would recommend his services.
