Jim at the counter was extremely friendly. Worked hard to get our vehicle in quickly. Went into detail on the repairs needed and let us speak to the actual mechanic to gain a better understanding of the problems. Always had good experiences at this location over the years . Great staff all around from what I can tell

the staff repaired the nail hole in my tire and rotated my tires at no charge per the agreement when I purchased the tires. they did look over the entire vehicle and identified one item that needed to be done - brake fluid change. I already knew it needed to be changed, so I agreed. Price was fair and reasonable, and they got it done quickly. Did not suggest a bunch of repairs that were not needed!

Repairs these days are just expensive.. but this location is convenient for me so I'll keep using it

I purchased a use BMW about a year ago and it was time for tires. I decided to go with a passenger grade tire and quickly found out that this was not the tire for this car. I had way to much roll in the turns and I was just traveling the speed limit. Moving out of the way of the junk in the road, felt dangerous. I went back to the shop to see what they would do for me. There was no problem, they let me order the tires I wanted and I just paid the difference in the tires. I don't usually return something because I don't like it but this was a feeling of safety and I was very happy that Big O Tires treated me like I am their best customer and they wanted to keep me.

The boys are always nice and quick when I come in. I also make sure to thank them for how quickly they get my car done each time. They never put me before other people, but they always make sure that mine gets done as soon as they can. I feel like they are a good group of men and I always get good quality service from them!

Did a good job in a timely fashion, much more personal and I believe more economical than dealers I have been to. I did have to return, though, for a minor adjustment. And I had to ask for the alignment check, but that's not why I went there. And thank goodness they didn't push a credit card - that would have been a minus for me.

Scheduling appointment was really easy. All my questions were answered, and pricing was communicated very well before hand. Helped talk me through things over the phone and came up with a plan to get the device I needed.

They had the tires I wanted, at the lowest price. The service was impeccable.

Everyone acts like they love their jobs and really know what they're talking about. I never once thought they were trying to sell something extra that I didn't need. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The customer service at this location is top notch and has earned me as a repeat customer. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had just a routine tire rotation with a lug nut replacement. Time to complete was pretty quick and appreciated they alerted me to my lug nut swelling at my previous visit.

You guys were great.You took care of my car, were friendly, I didn't feel like you were trying to take advantage of me or sell me things I didn't need.I am so impressed!
