From Thursday (5/30), at the end of the day, with Dave's willingness and explaining how he could help me early Friday morning, due to a tire blowout and with help further from each of Jason, immediately as i walked thru the door and then with Wyatt's follow up, I had to walk back into the shop at the end of the day and compliment Jason and the entire crew for such a good job in replacing tires for my trailer, Honda Element and wheel alignment. I had a regular place where I had bought tires and had mechanical work performed; now thinking I'll be moving those service needs over to BIG O for our 5 vehicles because your team did such an incredible job on such short notice. I needed a set of new tires, and Big O gave me an estimate. I checked with other tire places, and Big O gave not only a good price but also a great deal on an even a better tire than first estimated. I have already told others of my positive experience and recommended Big O to a person looking for tires.

Ease of purchase and scheduling. Service completed when promised. No extra charges added. Honesty about not needing an alignment. I had truly expected to need one and the extra cost.

I had made an appointment about a week and half in advance and they special ordered my cooper tires. I called to confirm on Monday (my appointment was on Thursday) that my tires were ordered and they advised they were ready for me. Got to the store on my appointment date and they danced around the fact they didn't have my tires. At first, they treated me poorly when they advised me about the situation but Dusty took care of me and gave me a better tire for the same price. This is a good store but the customer service needs a little work.
