I go to BOT for every car issue. They have never disappointed me. This time around was just a little bit of a communication issue/new hire misstep. I had nothing to do anyways, so waiting wasn’t a problem at all. The manager, as always, was super informative, updated me every step of the way, and gave me compensation when he didn’t have to which some people to feel entitled to. I just wanted them to know I was not upset and they did a great job.

Darin and Dan were very helpful, Darin especially. He came out and told me I needed some routine maintenance such ad a coolant flush and took care of yhe warranty on mu tire that couldnt be repaired.
