Big O Tires

The gentlemen at Big O's in Springfield (W Republic) are great. I got a price on the tires I needed quickly, accurately and installation was delivered as they said it would be. They were professional and courteous. My husband got tires there a few years ago and we were happy then too.

I called and they said I could come now and they would be glad to take care of me, and they did was great.

Obtained an automobile inspection. Was completed in a timely manner. Inspector was very nice as was store front employees.

The guys running the front were so friendly and made me feel like I was an old friend that comes in every week to do business with them. I have used this location several years ago and was very impressed with the crew this visit.

Super nice, knowledgeable and they installed four new tires in an hour!

Dusty and the others have always been thorough in explaining services, courteous and they seem to care. My only issue this time was that I wish there were chairs in the showroom so I didn’t have to sit with others (who were unmasked) in the smaller waiting room.

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. We have been customers since this location opened a few years ago. Even though the repairs I needed (full brakes on all wheels) was expensive, the care shown by the staff was much appreciated. I will for certain be coming back.

Josh and the guys took amazing care of me . I brought it in for tires but ended up needing a few other things . I don't know how they did it but they managed to get the parts there and Josh managed to get it all done for me in just a few hrs. They went out of their way with amazing service.

Fixed the problem I was having with coolant leak and did it faster then told it would take.

I love this location! The guys are always friendly and provide great service.

Came in needing one tire due to vandalism. They checked to be safe since I have an AWD vehicle. They were honest and did right by me.
