Staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Any issues they found were explained simply and clearly. They were able to fix an issue with my blinkers that other companies weren't able to figure out.

The associate looked up the date of my tire purchase and told me that it was still under warranty. I wouldn't have known that.

Went in for a state inspection. They were quick and efficient and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I appreciate that.

Fast friendly service

Went to store for state safety inspection but discovered I needed new lower ball joints and two front tires. Tires offered were not what would have been my first choice but, time being a factor, I accepted the service tech's recommendation. Time will tell how the Nitto tires hold up on a V8 Mustang. Guys in the service area (clean, well organized) were busy and seemed to know what they were doing.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of my vehicle as asked to do so. Very happy with service.

Vehicle was clean after service and no greasy hand prints. Everything was done just as I would have done it. Price was very reasonable.

I woke up to a flat tire on a weekday when I had to be at work. I called Big O Tires in Springfield Mo and the gentleman, Jason, who answered the phone was able to get me an appointment first thing that morning. When I arrived, I was greeted by Marvin (I believe was his name) and asked him about leaving my car there while I went on to work so I could get a few more things done besides the flat repair. I was pleased when he said they would be able to fix my flat, change my oil, rotate and align my tires, all within a couple hours.When you're a busy working parent time is everything so although I was happy to have a flat tire it turned outthat I was able to knock out 4 birds with 1 stone!
