Big O Tires

Tire rotation and alignment were great. Employees were extremely helpful in suggesting solutions to the lingering smell I had in the vents due to a stupid mouse dying in there the day before! Smell is completely gone! Everyone was courteous, and even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car!

The low pressure light came on earlier in the day. I stopped in at Big O Tires and the staff checked the tires pressures and for any possible damage. They found none and reset the low pressure light and I was on my way in 15 minutes.A great experience and a great staff! Thank you 1

Out of 4 shops I visited that day, Big O was the only place that not only took the time to determine the problem but gave me a quote for repairs (and they were just 5 minutes from closing the shop for the day). They definitely have my business going forward.

In the last 3 weeks I had brakes and rotors, wheel alignment, and oil change on 1 car and new tires and oil change on the other one. Jason whom I dealt with mostly was friendly and helpful in explaining options. They also were prompt on service times.

Staff is knowledgeable and explains potential problems and suggested solutions very well.

The staff at this location is great, always friendly, I needed tires for my 2015 Jeep Patriot but my husbands 2016 Patriot had an A/C problem. Both vehicles were taken care of in a timely manner. Very satisfied customer.

Was very busy and short staffed when I came in. Not one time did I see it negatively effect the customer service or attitudes. VERY WELL ran store and crew.

I was a walk in on a Saturday. Late morning, I got in and new tires installed in a “timely” manner. It happened to get busy right before I arrived.
