Big O Tires

Did not put spare back into original position when car returned, but did after requesting when I found the spare in the back.

fast, friendly, clean, great people to talk to, full explanation of what they were doing. Web page was easy to navigate and well presented. I had an earlier service performed and was so satisfied, I returned for the oil change and tire rotation

Very friendly and curtious. I had a horrible sound on my van, I won't in without and appointment and I was shown and told that I had no front breaks, even with them being so busy they took me in right away because of the danger of driving with my vehicle in its condition. They had my van ready in about an hour. Thank you for being concerned with my safety.

THE TIRES I WAS LOOKING AT WERE RATED VERY WELL..HOWEVER WILLIAM AND JASON SET ME UP WITH A BETTER TIRE AND IT COST LESS...SERVICE IS NOT ABOUT THE DOLLAR...ITS ABOUT GETTING WHAT YOU NEED..IM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE.

Everyone was very nice and explained everything very well and very detailed on pricing. I had 2 blow out that morning i took it slow getting there because i was losing air quickly. I got and they was on top of it immediately i couldnt ask for any better service. I will be back... 100%
