We've been customers of Big O since they arrived in in our hometown of Frisco, CO, in the early 1990's.We've never been steered wrong.Now we go to the store in Nixa.Employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the experience as good as it can be, even when the news isn't so good.Big O is my automotive place of choice.

Kyle and Josh were amazing! I had been working with my previous mechanic to get my AC fixed for almost 2 months! He had my car in and out of the shop and still didn't fix it. After paying him $1200 and still having a broken AC, I brought it to Big O Tire. Within a day, Josh had it fixed. Thank you sooooo much!!!

On my way into work one morning, my tire picked up a nail and it went flat almost immediately. Luckily, I was driving past Big O Tires and pulled in. I actually started my tire search at Walmart but when I pulled up to their service area the woman was very rude to us. My husband got on the phone called your store and we were so happy to find the most helpful and amazing staff. Congratulations Big O on everything you did for my 97 Honda you earned this family's business and we will definitely be returning. Kyle was truly the best service tech I have encountered and knowledgeable about everything. He knew we were in a time crunch but came through with no worries. We give the total experience two thumbs up!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

They took me and worked me in for an inspection even though they were really busy, because they knew no one else in town could. That was sweet and I appreciated it since they also new I just bought the vehicle and was excited cuz mine was stolen over 2 yrs ago and I couldn't hardly wait to drive. Bless there hearts, they were so pleasant and professional and empathetic.

As a woman, I usually feel intimidated when going to any time of 'auto' shop -- Except when I go to Big O, Nixa MO. The guys have NEVER talked down to me. They answer my questions (as silly as they may be sometimes) and always make sure my ride is safe for my family. Two Thumbs Up, 100%, Nixa always gets my vote!

Got me in and out in very timely manner

I'm not sure there will be a next time due to the Vote Yes on Prop A sign at the edge of the property. If this location is in support of right to work laws, I'd appreciate knowing that so I can take my vehicles elsewhere.

Was in and out in no time at all. Got there a little early and they just got me right in to have tires rotated.

I ruined my tire on a curb so was a drop in client. Michael was helpful, friendly and courteous. He explained our options and answered our questions and concerns. We will be needing another set of tires for our other car soon so will be returning to Big O Tires in Nixa. Couldn't ask for better service. They had our car back to us within a couple hours. Considering we were drop in customers on a Saturday afternoon....impressive!
