They call to remind me I need to come in for oil changes. They work with my schedule. Always polite and do not brush me off just because I am female.

I was given the information to make a better decision on the purchase of my tires. The gentleman that helped was convincing and yet receptive to my questions.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and the time they took on my vehicle. When my vehicle was finished one of the employees sat with me to explain the whole process and the benefits that come along with my tires. Lastly, I received a text the next day just to check in on how my tires were, and to me that's going above and beyond with service.

Friendly employees and efficiency was awesome! I didn't feel like a pest like I do at most other places. Not to mention they had comfortable waiting room furniture.

This. was a brake inspection and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t need new brakes and they didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. They also told me that the next thing that they suspected may need serviced would be a new battery as mine is 5 years old and cranked slowly.

All I had performed was a Missouri Safety Inspection on my last visit. I have had Big O Times perform other maintenance on my vehicles and they did an outstanding job at a good price. I have also purchased 4 sets of tires for three of my vehicles and had them aligned and balanced. I would highly recommend Big O Tires for your tire purchases and automotive service needs.

I’m have been coming to this location for quite a few years they are always good and helpful and they have treated me very good and most importantly they do not try to take advantage of a woman when she brings her vehicle in for repairs or oil change

Today, my wife's tire blew and she took it to this store while I was traveling out of town. She worked with Liberty and the store manager who were incredible. They went way above and beyond and took extremely great care of her, providing way more than the warranty even required. Their customer service was exemplary and I cannot recommend them enough.

Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly people. The waiting room was nice and clean and there was water in the fridge when it was extremely hot outside. Would recommend!
