I was a walk in without an appointment, had to wait for a short time while vehicle was being evaluated; technician determined the problem was worn brake pads and indicated they could be replaced within a couple hours.

They got me in with out a appointment and took care of my service. Also put a valve stem in a spare tire for my trailer with out charging me for that.

Three nice friendly people they told me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. I'm satisfied with the job they did my car run better for now and I will come back for another thing with my car

I HAD A TIRE ISSUE AT ANOTHER BIG O TIRE. I WENT TO NIXA AND SPOKE WITH TODD SPAULDING. I EXPLAINED I HAD MY TRUCK IN THE OTHER SHOP 7 TIMES DUE TO A TIRE BALANCE ISSUE. WE BALANCED THE TIRES AGAIN..STILL HAD A SHAKE ISSUE. THE TIRES WERE WARANTEED AND A DIFFERENT SET AND BRAND WAS PUT ON. PROBLEM SOLVED. I GOT NOTHING BUT HELP AND GREAT SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION UNLIKE THE OTHER. I WLL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY FURTHER WORK , TIRES OR OIL CHANGES.
