Big O Tires

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment - vehicle wasn't taken in to shop for another 35 minutes. No explanation given for the delay. Numerous spots of spilled or excess oil fell on my driveway and garage floor when I arrived home. No apparent leak, just a failure to wipe up/clean up after service. Big O = BIG FAIL!!

Competitive price on tires, knowledgeable folks and very fast service. Can't ask for any more than that! Big O has become my main "go to" when any of my vehicles need service.

Very disappointed first and last time customer, wife went in to get a screw removed from tire and patched the (unfriendly) gentleman said the car had bad valve cores and nothing wrong with tires so charged 20.00 for "flat repair" he said he put two cores in, aired tires up and sent on way. Screw still in tire and yes went flat that night. Dont think he actually put the new cores in because when we took it to a different tire shop to get it fixed and told them what happened they pulled the valve core out and it had white corrosion on it so at best may have installed used ones that it didn't even need. And no it didn't pick the screw up after the core incident, the technician said the head of the screw was worn off from being in there for a long time.
