Big O Tires

You told my wife she needed a new traction bar on my 09 f250 truck. Immediately took it to my mechanic and they said you are full of it. very little play if any in the bushings. And if they are bad i don't need a whole new trac bar you can replace the bushings. You tried to get my wife to pay almost $500 and wouldn't align my truck. SCAM... Also you up sold her on a warranty which she claims she was not asked about extra $94. When i set up the appointment i specifically said i didn't want it. Thanks for slipping that on my bill. Overall i am extremely disappointed in this visit. Thanks for trying to take advantage of us!!!!!!

I will only bring my vehicle in for for tire rotation, since I bought my retires there. Had an appt., but not much done, in the 4 hour wait. Wheel bearing packed and a dye put in, to find out where the oil was leaking. They didn't even change out the connector to the battery. The positive one was suppose to be red and it's black. The one I brought. Oil changed and an inspection. Other vehicles were being worked on at the same time as mine. I took my car else where. I spent a lot of money. I won't prior also . Rotors, pad sect on the brakes. Found out the wheel bearing were in really bad shape. Why didn't they tell me this at a big O Tires: I feel like I was neglected!!! Talked to in a condisending manner. I asked for wiring to be changed to the positive side of the battery. The casing had wires showing and melted tape. I was asked why I wanted it done. If I ask for work to be done, do it. They wouldn't talk to a man that way. I also need an alternator replaced, which was done else where also. Why didn't your mechanic know this too. Talk to my husband. We had to bring it back, because they neglected to screw something in: women are treated poorly at least I was and I won't be belittled again. If it was their vehicle they would of wanted curtain things done too. I had a freekin appt. I was very upset. I paid good money for what? Don't worry I won't be back. I knew curtain thing things. My son is a diesel mechanic at Peterbuilt. By the way, when bought new tires at your store In Nixa, the mechanic was told we wanted our tires back. We didn't get them. My husband will be up to talk to the mechanic , when he gets back in town Friday.

You were fantastic. The only reason I wasn't greeted at my car is because I arrived before you were open. You were fast and friendly. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change in about an hour. You even checked my brakes to let me know how they are wearing. You guys are awesome.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off so I could go on about my day. Was notified it was ready so went to pick it up. Tires not rotated, I knew this because I had marked them before dropping it off. This is two consecutive times this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Time to find a different tire shop. Super disappointed, I've done business with them as long as this location has been open.

We have been going to big o's for a few years now and we have had no trouble at all. They are always willing to take walk ins and help get everything done quickly, but correctly.

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Picked up car an hour later and noticed passenger rear tire had not been rotated. I had a flat a month earlier which required a new tire. I replaced with the same OEM brand tire. This had a much newer date code than the other three so I know it wasn't rotated. I talked to the assistant manager and he said the mechanic says he performed the rotation. I know for a fact that the tires weren't rotated so know I am wondering if my oil actually was changed. Going to find somewhere else to take my vehicles for oil changes.

This place doesn't stand behind their tires would never recommend them bought two tires 240.00 a peice one blew out

I had a damaged tire and came in at 4:30 they took care of my problem immediately. Thanks Big O!

Bought new tires had them put on and oil changed. Checked tire pressure had 42 lbs in left front, 45 in right front. 43 in right back and 60 in the left back. How in the hell does a TIRE SHOP screw up that bad? Plus I had aftermarket valve steams that matched my rims which are now GONE. Won't be back.

This is the only place, being a woman, that I fully trust. I have never felt taken advantage of here.

There is a big problem at your store and with similar businesses. My number one complaint is: the oil soiled tech should not be the person driving, entering, touching, manipulating or having anything to do with the interior of someone's vehicle. These guys always get oil somewhere on the interior of my vehicle. You guys really need to have someone who never touches solvents or oil enter the customers vehicle.

Every time we take a vehicle in there, they say we need new windshield wiper blades. Then over charge us. The last one they put on my car fell off during a heavy storm as I was driving home in the dark. We quit taking our cars there, but my daughter was in town for the night and needed her car inspected and my husband took it there. When I went to register the new tags there was no decal # written on the inspection receipt. I called my daughter and she gave me the #. DMV would not let me use that #. My husband went to Big O the next day and they gave him a different inspection #. That worked, but I questioned it. Where is that decal? Who's car is that on? Their books are screwed up and they have no answers! They told me if she ever has any problems with the inspection #'s, just to call them. You can count on that. My husband wants to go back and talk to the manager. NEVER AGAIN will we take our cars there.

had 4 tires that leak air and have had to stop our trip to get them fixed. extension hose was not tight on one and bent so bad on the other one that it was leaking so bad it would go down in 2 days. found 3 grease had prints on the sides of the M H . found the mounting bracket on the hub cap bent rather then moving the wheel so it would fit wright

As always and every time, the gentlemen at the Nixa Big O tire store have gone above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere in my life. I ordered tires through the online service based on the tires available for my vehicle. They call me an hour after dropoff saying these wouldn't fit and then didn't meet the price I would've had after rebate so I was charged $60 more. They acted like they had never seen us or talked to us after 3 visits that day.

I have purchased tire for both of our vehicles this year. The folks at Big O are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to highly recommend this establishment.
