took time on phone ordering tires and getting everything (including walk out price) worked out so we could walk in at our appt time and just drop the truck off. This was VERY important to us because my husband is disabled. He was Very patient and seemed to really care about our service.

I am new to this area. I used to go to a Big O Tires in north Iowa all the time where I lived before. I was told there would be a $40 diagnostic fee for the work I had done here last Saturday. That's ok and expected because I'm sure there may be some people who would take what they say it is and go home to fix it themselves. The business would lose money if they didn't charge for diagnosis, I get that. But, if the customer says they want Big O tires to do the labor then they should not charge for the diagnosis, too! That should be included! The Big O Tires I went to in north Iowa never did! They made good money on a major repair! I was also told one total repair price when I talked to them on the phone before agreeing to have them fix it, then told "oh, sorry, that didn't include the diagnostic fee" when took out my debit card to pay at the store. It seems like they like to squeeze their customers for everything they can get here. I'm not impressed by this store and will not be back. There are plenty of repair shops in this area for me to take my car to next time.

This store is always SLOW. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:30 and they weren't done until after 6:00 (they close at 6:00). The women's restroom was gross and not stocked with paper towels.

I had a 9:00 appointment and didnt get in until 9:45 for an oil change. I had other issues I wanted addressed but didnt have time because of the delay. The oil change includes topping of fluid and my coolant was still low after checking in the parking lot. I have no problems with the staff as they are polite and always have been since I have been taking my vehicles here. But I will now be going to the dealer for all my vehicle needs.

Purchased 4 new tires there that they were installing. Waited over 2 hours and 15 min to have them done which they said it usually takes 1 hr 15min. Said they got busy! I had an appointment! Did they stop working on my vehicle for walk-ins? I love this place and the people, but service is too slow! Happens when I get my oil changed too! I was very disappointed! On top of it all, I just purchased over $700 in tires and had to pay for a $89.00 alignment!

Had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change. Service completed at 2:45. Manager said he sent an email that said they had already booked another customer for that time period. Did not see that email, only the one that confirmed the appointment. They should have informed me of any issues whenever I checked in. Instead, they let me sit and wait for over an hour gefore I inquired how much longer I would have to wait. Used to use this location for all tire and services. Moved away and returned to area after a couple of years. Appears to have been a change in management.

They did not reset the tire pressure sensors after rotating them. Said they needed the master key. They had the original key to the car. They did not top off fluids. My regular mechanic had to add coolant the next day.
