Big O Tires

The staff made sure I received the service I requested and recommended changing a filter too. They did rotate my tires which I very much appreciated, but they didn't check with me first.

I feel safe in my drive to Colorado Great people who work there!

came in to buy tires. was told alignment was in the special with purchase. Had a credit card with Big O but they could not find it. They called and it was found. Picked up car but they did not do the alignment. Even though we were told it would be done.

The people at this location are absolutely amazing. I would not go anywhere else even if the price was cheaper some place else.

They got me in with out a appointment and took care of my service. Also put a valve stem in a spare tire for my trailer with out charging me for that.

Friendly when I walked in the door. The only thing I was not happy with is it took them two hours to change two tires. I was there for a total of three hours. Thirty minutes waiting on those before me, which I understand. Two hours to change two tires, and thirty minutes to do an alignment.

My experience was perfect. Mr Geoffrey Potter was an outstanding host. I plan to do all my business at this particular BigO Tire from now on.

Lawrence and his crew are always very welcoming & helpful when I come in. I have been going to Big O in Nixa since they opened and am very happy with the service.

It is unfortunate that you have a computer system that does not fully integrate with other locations. For instance, we moved from Springfield to Nixa, excited there was a Big O in the Nixa area. However, because of the computer system, none of my vehicle information is available in the database for ease of use and efficiencies when dropping off a vehicle. I shared my frustrations with the 2 gentleman at the desk, but understand they are employees of the location and have no power over transitioning the electronic system to better their capabilities of providing the best customer support. I hope this is something the corporate organization is looking into to better assist you all as franchise owners.

Helpful and courteous team that got me in and out quickly.

Had poor cust. service due to rude sales associate. Had gone in 2 weeks prior and got the same associate with the same poor attitude. Wait was 2 hours due to heat.

Great experience. Very friendly staff and they helped me get a great deal. Will definitely be using this shop again.

Overall an okay experience. I have purchased tires there before. I had a nail in my tire too close to the sidewall to repair. The service person was knowledgeable explaining why the tire couldn't be repaired, so I purchased a new tire. They didn't have one at the store and had to have one delivered. It was supposed to be delivered between 10:20 and 11. I went home and they were going to call me when it arrived. They never did. I called back around 1:30 and talked to the person who sold me the tire.and he said it was in. (at first he couldn't remember me).I asked how busy they they were and said not busy if I came right away, so I did. When I arrived the the same guy was asking anyone else if the tire came in. Just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Still took about an hour to get the tire on.

Very pleased with my visit. I arrived a little early and they took the van in and got right on it. I was out within 45 minutes to an hour. Very happy!

Took car for regular oil change. Upon leaving found my oil change light hadn't been reset. In addition, not even 10 minutes after leaving I had an issue with my steering. Immediately went back to have checked. Was told they didn't touch it, all they did was check the fluid. I've heard of shops tinkering with things to get more work/sales, in fact, I've had it happen before. I'm on social security and don't have fluid funds for extras. This oil change ended up costing me $200! Not a happy camper! I've had them service car before with no issues so this is even more disappointing and frustrating.
