Big O Tires

I have all my work done on my F150 there at your Nina store. The last 2 times I have been there (oil change and state inspection) I have had to drop it off and to get it worked in. Ok, I get it you guys are busy and doing the best you can to accommodate everyone. No issues. However I ask for an alignment check on both visits. Usually I get a sheet color coded on where my vehicle's alignment is at. (Good or bad) Yet I received nothing on both visit and when I asked about it when it was done the individual I was paying had a a mildly confused look on his face. He would look at the paperwork and then the computer and back at the paperwork. Then say oh it is fine. I ask about the color code sheet to see the status and an excuse on why they didn't have came out. I have a sneaky suspensionthat nothing was done. I have no proof either why. I just though someone should know that if you do something, it helps if you give them evidence.

I really like these guys. They are always fair on price I feel.

Had struts replaced on front of wifes car, appears they did a good job. Took a while but they were busy.

Bought two new tires to match the ones on the front and wanted them on the front and to move the front to the rear. Well this did not happen could of been my kid forgetting to tell them to rotate the tires. Everything else was good and always has been through 3 different transactions.

Very friendly helpful people at this location. I'll be back.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received.

Everything was fine except that I was not told specifically how much the oil change would cost. The person checking me in said we had the full synthetic previously so I figured that was what we needed to stay with. When I piked up the car I found out that it was over $50 instead of the basic for $25 - $30.

Anytime I have visited the store I have had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They provide me with a quote when asked for services they recommend but I may not get that day. They must be good as my mechanic always recommends them to customers for services the mechanic may not perform.

The guys were really busy but fit me into their schedule. I had bad experience that morning with another local auto shop and you guys took care of me even though you were really slammed. I appreciate it. I was in a few weeks ago with my wife's car and the service was excellent also.

Good people and good prices. My Niece also went there yesterday and was very pleased with the people and prices. We both will return when we need something done.
