Went in for tire rotation. Fast and excellent service!

I bought new tires there back in December and have been very pleased with them. It kind of irked me when I went in this week for a free rotation and one of the servicemen brought me my air filters. What? It felt like they were in a fishing expedition without my permission. The air filters have nothing to do with rotating tires. My son said they don't do that to him. He figured since I was a woman I wouldn't know any difference. I told the serviceman to put them back on. Jimminey. Otherwise, good service.

I felt I was given good service, but I was not informed of your special of 4 free oil changes with a new set of tires. When I left the store and heard your ad on the radio, I called back to ask about it and was told it was not good on the particular type of tires I bought. If I had known before I made my purchase, I might have chosen a set of tires that was part of the deal. I would feel better about my purchase if I had all the cards on the table up front.

I wasn't greeted at my car because I got there before you were open; so I was waiting at the door. You were very helpful and faster than you had even originally estimated. Thank you so much!

Good Service: Came in for 4 tires and rear shocks last weekend. Good service from the mechanics. They advised me of a transmission mount issue that was noticed when they took my truck for a test drive. My wait time was a little longer than it should have been for the scheduled appointment, (3 hours total) but overall I'm pleased with the service and work.

I would have been happy with a rebuilt alternator. I checked on prices for part and price seamed to be about 100.00 over. Service was great

We've dealt with Big O in Nixa, Missouri for a few years. Tires, oil changes, vehicle inspections and misc. other matters. A while ago (2 or 3 months) we had our the oil in our Lexus changed. We dropped it off and asked them to call when ready. 2 or 3 hours later, I called to see if it was ready (only because we were running out for other reasons and we could 'swing by' to pick it up). I was told by your representative that they experienced a problem, they noticed that the oil plug had been cross threaded, stripping the threads. He said that another employee had been sent to get another oil pan to rep[lace the damaged one. He had checked the computer and noted that the previous 5 or 6 oil changes has been performed at Big O and felt that they were responsible. A couple of hours later they called and said it was ready. I was extremely impressed with their handling of this matter... rather than call to explain the 'problem', they just took care of it. I intended to contact your Company to commend on the handling of this issue (and eventually would have), your email spurred me to action. You have gained a devoted customer! THANKS!

I snagged up another set of tires from the BEST store in southwest Missouri! These guys are great to work with and really know what they're doing!
