The only complaint about the service is that they forgot to call me when my car was done. Otherwise, it's pretty clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Something was not fixed correctly. It happens. But when I brought to their attention it was corrected immediately. I will go back.

It was awesome to deal with some so knowledgeable about the product. I was an educated shoppes and it was fun dealing with someone that knew sizes and ratings.!!(Jeff) I stopped by the next day and told him how great the new tires were!!

I took both my Acura and my Chevy truck in for tires after shopping for tires and prices and calling tire places in town. I wasn't able to get my complimentary alignment due to time was over 2 hours already to get tires with an appt made.I brought my car back Monday and they told me it was fine. It wasn't. My husband asked the mechanic to drive with him and they finally admitted something was wrong---after rotating the tired the car then pulled on the other side. After 4 hours of debates we finally were given 2 new tires and it was a faulty tire. Car drives great now. Thank you for correcting the issue.

Even without an appointment, I was still able to purchase tires, get wheels aligned, and get an oil change in about 1 1/2 hours. Great speedy service and friendly service to boot. The shop is one of the best organized and managed multi-service shops that I have run across and I am 65 years old and have been to a lot of tire shops in SW Missouri. One minor thing that I did not get with the service was a discussion about the differences in the choice of tires other than the projected mileage life of the tires. Many customers likely would not understand or even want to know the differences in tire construction and tread design, but it is certainly something that might help knowledgeable customers make a better informed decision on their purchase. If I had asked more questions, perhaps the customer service rep did know the answers. But I did not want to push the issue or make anyone feel that they were less than informed about tire construction, etc. All in all, I was very satisfied with Big O Tires service. I did not know that MFA was the owner. I used to use MFA tire shops in the past and was sad to see them being phased out. I always felt that the MFA alignment specialists were top notch and the tires and service were top notch as well. I was glad to find the same service again in my area.

They got the work done quickly and accurately.

After buying 2 sets of tires, decided to try them for quick oil service. appointment at 4 p.m. and didn't leave til 515. Seemed a little long, but they did oil change, rotate and did a repair to my glove box. I'll give it another shot next time, maybe leave the car so I don't have to wait so long
