Pretty high turnover with mechanics but I suspect pretty standard for similar places of business.Pretty friendly, timely, not too pushy and does a great job with no hassle with warranty/road hazard type cases ref tires,flats,balance,etc

tire service was great. replaced radiator and left off a hose to overflow tank and I have a missing bolt on the transmission cooler. also had a wheel bearing replaced, hopefully no missing pieces there.

Returning customer. Sure, there are other options closer to my house, but I prefer the great service from Nixa Big O.

I have used them in the past, one person comes across as rather gruff, but the service is great.

I only had oil change done. They recommended things that i might need done in the future, but there was no pressure to schedule anything. I only gave a 4, not 5, because i haven't had anything "big" done there yet. An oil change is not a real big deal, (or it shouldn't be). Very nice people.

Staff friendly, quick service. Had a Front End alignment done. still has a slight pull to the right. need to bring back in for adjustment.
