Kyle, Lawrence, Geoff and the crew came through again. They helped me get back on the road quickly.

Had an appointment for 8am and left the car to bring daughter home to sleep as she works nights. Was told they would call when done but time was going by and nothing heard if done. I figured by about 10 am would it would be done with having an appointment. I only had her sister to pick up the car before she went to work before 3pm. So kinda felt rushed to pick up and get home and her to get to work on time. Went back at noon and it was still not even moved from the spot it was parked in. Was told the tires for her car went to another customer and had to get more from the Springfield Big O Tire to put them on. So did not get the car until 1:30pm. Disappointed on setting an appointment and having to wait almost all the hours open on Saturday before picking up.

Each and every time I go to "My" Big O Tires, the staff are wonderful. They take care of my issues. They quote me a price and if they find more issues while they are working on my car, I am notified and not pressured into doing it immediately. That is very helpful and greatly appreciated. Budgets being what they are, it's nice to know you can count on them to be honest with you and willing to work with you. Thank you everyone at the Nixa, MO Big O!

The service was good and Kyle was professional and helpful. I dropped my car off early in the morning and I called around 3 to check on my car. A call during the day to give me an update on the progress would be helpful next time. Overall I was pleased with the service.

I took my car into get regular service and a check up. The work they did was exceptional. The only issue was related to me not knowing my car was set up for CA emissions which they let me know and explained the cost difference of service prior to performing the work. The work they did has made a huge difference in the smoothness of my car's running.

Love Big O, but with an appointment, and the guy I called forgot to put me in the book so it took an hour just for4 a tire rotation.seems long to me.
