Big O Tires

Took truck to have flat fixed. Knew tire were dry rotted but not saying I was right I knew that the tires needed replaced. No high pressure and they told me that the tire could be repaired and offered to do that. Also gave me options and prices on new tires, well it is getting towards winter and we use the truck more then so said go ahead and replace tires. The job was completed in a short time and the little I have driven the truck seems that advisor was correct tires are quiet and smooth. I mean truck gets driven maybe 2,000 miles a year so may have to use it more and see how they hold up.

I was given the information to make a better decision on the purchase of my tires. The gentleman that helped was convincing and yet receptive to my questions.

Friendly employees and efficiency was awesome! I didn't feel like a pest like I do at most other places. Not to mention they had comfortable waiting room furniture.

All I had performed was a Missouri Safety Inspection on my last visit. I have had Big O Times perform other maintenance on my vehicles and they did an outstanding job at a good price. I have also purchased 4 sets of tires for three of my vehicles and had them aligned and balanced. I would highly recommend Big O Tires for your tire purchases and automotive service needs.

Used them last week, they were fast and flexible!!

Had a grinding noise when brakes were applied. Mechanic checked them over and found nothing wrong. Did report that the steering system needed some repair. Returned about a week later for steering system repair and then the brake problem was found and fixed.

Left there pretty upset had some miscommunication on tire pressure and missing valve steam caps and was not happy. Wrote a review and spoke to the manager, the guys explained what had happened and replaced my valve steam caps with new ones. Good service, thanks a lot.

I purchased the Nitto tires. I was surprised to hear as I sat there that Nitto's were recommended to every customer who came in while I was there. I thought that seemed strange. I also did not like the fact that filling the tires with nitrogen was $40. Reliable Chevrolet charges me nothing to change them out. I paid it but did not like it. I also thought all of the up charges take away from the tire value. The road hazard is high in my mind. Did not purchase. I like you guys, and your team is excellent, but just thought the additional add ons were out of line on cost.
