This is a very busy shop, but they still acknowledged my presence and let me know they would be with me momentarily. Very pleasant, professional guys. Also, I paid less for an oil change and coolant flush here than for just a cooloant flush at the dealer. i really appreciate that. This will be my go to shop now.

Bought new tires for my truck, folks at the Nixa, MO were very helpful at helping me select the best tires for me.I had forgot my gift cards at home, they worked with me and let me pay for the tires and then come back in the next month to get reimbursed and then put the tires on the gift cards.They were very friendly the entire time and worked hard to make it right.

just wish the service writer or another clean employee was the one moving my vehicle in and out of the bay and not the mechanic. The mechanics have oil and solvents on their hands and uniforms. I know they take precautionary measures to prevent stains by placing plastic on the seat and steering wheel but to prevent any possible damage or stains someone clean should be moving the vehicle not the mechanic. If its predictable its preventable.

I took in my 2010 Mazda MX5 to have service completed saving a forty mile trip to the nearest Mazda dealer. They had all he service needs on computer. And I thought they only did tires!
