Big O Tires

I've used Big O Tires on two different occasions to have a bad tire replaced with a good used one. Both times I was treated fairly and was given excellent tires at a very fair price. I dealt with different men on each occasion and both were courteous and pleasant to deal with. My husband and I will make Big O Tires our forever tire shop!

We are new in town. We selected Big O because for three factors: They sold the brand of tire I wanted, convenience, and name recognition. Did not know what to expect and frankly still do not know if they are the best value. But they were knowledgeable, did all I asked, and within the expected price range.

Kyle and Josh were amazing! I had been working with my previous mechanic to get my AC fixed for almost 2 months! He had my car in and out of the shop and still didn't fix it. After paying him $1200 and still having a broken AC, I brought it to Big O Tire. Within a day, Josh had it fixed. Thank you sooooo much!!!

I actually started my tire search at Walmart but when I pulled up to their service area the woman was very rude to us. My husband got on the phone called your store and we were so happy to find the most helpful and amazing staff. Congratulations Big O on everything you did for my 97 Honda you earned this family's business and we will definitely be returning. Kyle was truly the best service tech I have encountered and knowledgeable about everything. He knew we were in a time crunch but came through with no worries. We give the total experience two thumbs up!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Great service

As a woman, I usually feel intimidated when going to any time of 'auto' shop -- Except when I go to Big O, Nixa MO. The guys have NEVER talked down to me. They answer my questions (as silly as they may be sometimes) and always make sure my ride is safe for my family. Two Thumbs Up, 100%, Nixa always gets my vote!

The men at the Nixa Big O location are always helpful. They were willing to help me pay over the phone when I couldn't arrive in time to pay before the store closed.

I'm not sure there will be a next time due to the Vote Yes on Prop A sign at the edge of the property. If this location is in support of right to work laws, I'd appreciate knowing that so I can take my vehicles elsewhere.
