Better than other laces I have gone to. They had the tires I needed withing a day. The other place, I am still waiting for their call.

As a walk-in, I was impressed with the speedy service. I have always had speedy service no matter whether I had an appointment or just walked-in to have a tire repaired. Great service.

As always, fantastic (and timely) service of my vehicles. The folks up front checking me in only suggest service that I probably did not think about. Never pushy to upsell things I did not want. Only thing I learned was I made my appointments on-line, checked off all the boxes for service I needed, and then learned when I was at the shop that your system does not tell the folks at the shop what I wanted. Not their fault but Big O needs to upgrade their computer system so when customers walk in they don't have to start from scratch, as if they did not set the appointment and service required on-line.

Have never had a bad experience at Big O. They have always been honest and I trust that they will do the job well.

We’ve purchased no less than 4 sets of tires from this Big O and the shop has always treated us like royalty. The service on our vehicles and the support the shop offers on what they sell is second to none. I’ll be back to get set a tires on my truck next!
