Big O Tires

The staff at Big O in Nixa are always wonderful to work with and talk to. Today's visit was to have my 1964 Mercury inspected - not only did they handle the inspection service very professionally, they engaged in asking questions about the car and how much work we've done with it. They make you feel like a part of the family.

We entered the store on numerous occasions shopping for tires before we made our decision on the tires we purchased & we were met with nothing but professionalism every time. This is not the 1st time we've purchased from Big O & won't be the last

Waiting for tires to come in at WalMart and thought to call Big O since WalMart messed up and had only one tire ordered. Big O had them in stock in a better tire for 20.00 less for the set. Nice waiting area with good tv going. I enjoyed being there. They told me what to fix soon and what needed attention soon. No high pressure, just honest and concerned. Good folks. My Dad turned me to them since I go threw several cars. Don't try to save a buck. Just go and its worth it plus I still received a better deal than "discount city". Thanks fellas

Store Mgr Lawrence must have been raised by a tribe of premium tires due to his unmatched knowledge in his trade. There is no way a mere mortal can acquire as much skill and precision from human beings. An upbringing by tire-people is the only possible explanation.

Just fixed what needed and make sure car was safe to drive

Todd was very helpful through the entire process. He helped me find a fifth wheel, so I could keep one of the old tires as a full size spare. I really appreciate the prompt and experienced service.

Great tires, great service

The guys at the Nixa Big O did a great job taking care of me when I dropped off my car, called me as soon as my car was done, and did a good job taking care of me when I picked my car up. If there were customers waiting in line, another register was manned and they were taken care of right away.

I used them a couple days ago and I was very happy with the service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place!!

Not only did they warranty my bad tire, no questions asked, I also witnessed another customer get a great and clearly unexpected deal on her repair. I pass a lot of shops from Republic to Nixa because this shop was recommended by a friend, and I will continue to do so, and to spread the word myself.
