I stopped in with a flat tire several months ago and they got right on it and fixed it. I stopped back into the same location a month later and bought a set of tires, sales staff very knowledgeable but never pushy. I have had great luck with the tires, very happy with the performance. Since, I have had my truck serviced there twice and even had my wife get her car serviced there. She was treated very will by the service staff, and was very happy with her experience. With the way they have treated my wife and I, I don't plan on going anywhere else for my tire and service needs.

As a walk-in, I was impressed with the speedy service. I have always had speedy service no matter whether I had an appointment or just walked-in to have a tire repaired. Great service.

As always, Lawrence and all the people who work with him at the Nixa store are helpful, kind, attentive, and we believe them to be very knowledgeable. We appreciate all they do for us and highly recommend to everyone we know.

As always, fantastic (and timely) service of my vehicles. The folks up front checking me in only suggest service that I probably did not think about. Never pushy to upsell things I did not want. Only thing I learned was I made my appointments on-line, checked off all the boxes for service I needed, and then learned when I was at the shop that your system does not tell the folks at the shop what I wanted. Not their fault but Big O needs to upgrade their computer system so when customers walk in they don't have to start from scratch, as if they did not set the appointment and service required on-line.
