Griped in a timely manner after we experienced two damaged tires.

Fair or not, auto repair has a reputation that could not be described as trustworthy. I have been using BIG O TIRES in Nixa for about a year since we moved into the area and thus far, have found them to provide appropriate and reasonably priced service. To date, they have said that I did not need to have work done on my Silverado for which they could have done and charged me for.

Friendliness & honesty of multiple employees at this location. Traci looked up multiple options & shared information critical to my decisions. Don had the expertise & knowledge to repair my tire & allow me to make use of the ample tread left on my set of tires. Traci gave me a copy of the information we looked up so we won't have to redo what we've already done. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from this Big O location!!

Assistant Mgr and Service Tech, Todd, was entirely helpful and explained everything very well. Todd kept me up to date on timing of my oil change and tire rotation and let me know periodically how much longer it would take, which was accurate timing. I'll be back.

You were fantastic. The only reason I wasn't greeted at my car is because I arrived before you were open. You were fast and friendly. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change in about an hour. You even checked my brakes to let me know how they are wearing. You guys are awesome.

I called for a oil change at around noon and was told that they were booked up for the day. Then they asked if I could leave it and they would try to squeeze it in before closing time. I took it up and dropped it off. I called them around 30 minutes before closing and made the payment over the phone, very easy. I got a ride from my wife later that night and picked it up.
