The guys up front always bend over backwards to take care of me. I can find cheaper tires but not the service.

I was satisfied because they were able to beat the prices of a local competitor and I was given an additional discount for being a frontline healthcare worker who has used my vehicle to travel the country to assist in the COVID pandemic response. I was, however, disappointed to see no one else (customer or employee) besides me wearing a mask when it was strongly suggested by local authorities to do so. Also, social distancing was not maintained.

As always, our last visit to the Big O in Nixa was beyond what we expected. Thank you everyone for your attention to the details. Lawrence, Geoff, and Kyle are on the front line and we appreciate them each and every time we bring a vehicle in for service. You are always on the top for recommendation! We had an appt that we had to cancel. We then called and Lawrence said he would work us in. Lawrence went above and beyond to help us as he always does.

My last car, I was able to keep going until 314k. At this point, due to a back injury, I prefer not to change my own oil. At Big O, I show up, drop my car off, and pick it up a few hours later with minimal human interaction. Getting greeted at my car would weird me out. Offers for free alignment checks and credit cards would make me question the integrity of the company and make me reconsider returning for tires or other services. It's a trusted place to take your car for service. Don't turn it into a mall dept store with the awkward "get 10% off today if you apply for a cc"� type of place that people start avoiding.

Great service, I checked around pricing was as good as anyone's and an alignment check is included for free.
