Big O Tires

new tires out of balance or out of round tried re balance didn't work test drove with manager, sent me to a store with high tech road balance equip. three of the 4 tires were out of round they replaced all 4 tires, all is good now.

Check in and wait time were extremely fast. Everyone was courteous. Very Pleased!

The staff was great. Very professional and very polite and they answered all my questions.

Needed an oil change and safety inspection. Found a brake light out, so had the bulb replaced. Took a few extra minutes to wait , as they had to get more bulbs. But I was in no hurry. They took that extra time to check all fluids and topped them off. Nixa BigO is always clean, efficient, fast and honest. I always return for their services.

The staff were very friendly. Only planned on an oil change, but they recommended a vehicle tune up due to the mileage. Was able to drop off in the morning and they just worked it in during the day and was able to pick it up prior to close.

I was a little disappointed that when I had a scheduled appointment and it was not taken back for service until almost 20 min later. Other than that, everyone there is so nice.
