Good service, I was given several choices of tire to pick from to fit my budget and vehicle. They checked my alignment and found that it was good.

On 11-23-20 I ran over something... My tire pressure sensor came on and when I pulled over to check I could hear the air coming out of my tire. We buy all of our tires at Big O, and I went right over to see if they could fix it. No appointment. They graciously helped me out. They were honest about the wait time. They let me know my problem and options as soon as they could so I could be on my way. They let me know my pricing and were within 5 dollars of what I ended up paying. I am thankful that I was able to get the help I needed in a timely manner with great customer service!
