The team remembered me from a prior visit, where I'd had my tires rotated. I was in need of an urgent replacement due to road hazard ruining one of my tires. They had me back on the road in a few hours.

Big O: I used Big O twice last week.Both times were professionally handled.

I needed four tires and they had an open Ning ready for me. This was my first visit to Big O tires but I will be back. Everything was completed in the time frame I needed done.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the guys offered me a free 22 point inspection and a complimentary Alignment check. During the tire rotation they noticed I had some irregular wear to my rear tires, and made the suggestion that I should probably rotate my tires a little more often.... Quite frankly I was embarrassed, not because they educated me, but because I knew it all along considering I had been driving on them for 60,000 miles, and now my tires were damaged. Because of their professionalism I chose to spend another $500 and purchased a new set of tires. Kudos to The Nixa Team!

Fast and reasonably priced

I came in with what I thought was a flat tire. They showed me where the wheel was bent and did their best to help me get back on the road safely until repairs could be handled.
