I walked in just as they opened, needing a new tire after hitting a pothole on the way to work. They were very friendly and were able to get me in right away so I could get to work. They didn't have the tire to match the rest on my car but called a Spfld store and was able to get someone to drive it to them as soon as possible. While we waited they were able to change my oil and get the tire on as soon as it was there. I asked if I needed all new tires to match and they told me I only needed the one, I honestly wouldn't have known the difference so I appreciate their honesty. I wish I had paid attention to the name of the man helping me. We buy all of our tires at Big O Tires and have always been very happy with the service.

All I had done this time was an oil change and tire rotation, and they did their usual good job.

The service was great and the employees were all friendly. The only thing that could have been improved on was the alignment not being performed the same day as the tires when the vehicle was dropped off. We are grateful for the kind service that we received.
