Big O Tires

It never fails that these things happen right before a weekend full of big travel plans! My AC went out during the recent 90 degree weather... Since it was around 6 pm when it happened and I knew Big O would still be open, I called to see if they did those types of repairs. They told me to bring it in first thing the next morning. While I was at work, they checked it all out, made the necessary repairs, and I was back on the road and ready for a fun (and cool!) weekend by early that afternoon!!

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, they went above and beyond what was expected.

As always, the service was top notch. I really enjoy doing business at this shop.

Excellent customer service, as always

The staff was friendly and informative to all my question. The store & rest room were very clean. The two service techs did a very good job of installing the four tires, alignment adjustments and engine and brake checks.

I cant even begin to explain how wonderful this shop is from working with Lawrence, Jeff and Josh who was able to get my air working. I wont say the amount of $ that they took of my repairs (so others dont expect) but lets just say so very thoughtful of this team! I will never go anywhere else I feel that they were upfront and honest and price your repairs and tires fair.

They are always kind to check my tires when my tire light comes on.Most of the time it is nothing but this most recent time it was a screw and my tire was losing air quickly.They quickly worked me in and I was on my way.I feel fortunate to have Big O available in my town.

My husband needed a tire for the four wheeler. He called and Todd was very helpful and went and got the tire for us. Staff was friendly too.

I had a fantastic experience with the staff at Big O. I dealt directly with the assistant manager named Kyle who helped me make wise decisions from day one on tires, wheels and lift. He got the best pricing for anything I could compare and was able to work me in FAST to get truck completed. His communication was spot on and the truck looks amazing! I'm sure labor rate was normal but wish it could have been a bit lower. Overall, super happy! Great team!

Needed tires for my 2016 Tacoma. Got great advice about the selection available to me for my driving needs. Very pleased with the new tires, the service I received and how well my truck is now driving/riding. Big-O tire is definitely the place to go for tires in Nixa, MO. If you don't get your tires from Big-O in Nixa, you're probably paying too much money and settling for inferior service.
