The staff was friendly and informative to all my question. The store & rest room were very clean. The two service techs did a very good job of installing the four tires, alignment adjustments and engine and brake checks.

I needed a brake overhaul on my truck and knew that it was going to be a big job. The job estimate grew as they dug into it and Geoffery communicated the issues clearly and worked with me on the cost and made it available for me to access the o% financing for the total! I have been using Big O Tires for all my automobile service and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and the customer service.

My husband needed a tire for the four wheeler. He called and Todd was very helpful and went and got the tire for us. Staff was friendly too.

Needed tires for my 2016 Tacoma. Got great advice about the selection available to me for my driving needs. Very pleased with the new tires, the service I received and how well my truck is now driving/riding. Big-O tire is definitely the place to go for tires in Nixa, MO. If you don't get your tires from Big-O in Nixa, you're probably paying too much money and settling for inferior service.
