Big O Tires

Big O tires fixed a mistake from a previous tire shop the same day with extensive knowledge and efficiency.

I had a screw in my tire and they took me right away and repaired the tire. They were very nice to me. Very friendly people work there.

When retrieving my vehicle I was happy the sales rep didn’t give me a huge list of problems or try to hold my vehicle hostage for repairs. The dealerships tend to tell me about problems they haven’t even checked or they make things up.

I made my appointment on line for 8 in the morning and they got me right in and out with oil change and filter and rotation of tires. Good experience!

Generally happy but I was told our vehicle would get done by 1:30 I dropped it off at 10 and they still didn't have alignment done...I was told they got really busy! Which really upset me because that told me they put the walkins before my appointment!! Then when explaining my frustration to the assistant manager he acted like it was no big deal! I was also told it was going to cost 60 to put tires on....he then told me total was 72 and and I said I was told 60.He said I GUESS I WILL TAKE THE DISPOSAL FEE OFF IN A RUDE MANNER...... VERY UNSATISFIED

I had a flat in a morning commute. I aired it up at a gas station and drove straight to Big O's. They managed to get me in within a few minutes, assessed the situation and asked what I'd like to do. I could have had them repair the tire, but it was weather-worn and might not have lasted a very long time. So I had them put 2 new back tires on (the second tire needed replaced at some point anyway as it, too, was weatherworn. ). They had me ready to go in a relatively short period of time and at a reasonable price!
