The employees here at Big O Tire go over and beyond to help their customers....I have been through several different companies over the passed 20+ years and have never felt like they had my best interest at heart...they are knowledgeable, honest, stick with the plan and let you know if something will be needing service here in the near future, so you can prepare for future maintenance! I would and have definitely recommended Big O Tire to friends and family...I do not even think about going to any other place....Thank you Big O for your service and taking care of your customers. I appreciate YOU!!!

My husband dropped my car off 2 days early because his truck was ready. I was pleasantly surprised when it was finished that same day.

They had my tires that were high quality. They did an alignment check. They told me that my two tire left on my car were mounted incorrectly. I really appreciate that.

Was a very busy Black Friday. Car was 30 minutes late going in for my noon appointment although I was there 45 minutes early. And my tires were not rotated so had to wait another 20 minutes for that to get done. I am still a satisfied customer.

Price was great, made appointment, showed up and service advisor was friendly, friendlier than any other place i've ever been to, like he actually enjoyed his job friendly. Need new tires on my truck, no need to shop, i'll def go to Big O in Nixa
