They were very professional, they did alignment on my Buick and tried to solve another issue I was having with my vehicle. Even though they fixed another problem with the vehicle they were right with the diagnosis of and problem that was not in their scope of practice. They did an excellent job on my alignment and changing out a connector rod on my front in. The steering is great and almost drives like a new vehicle, however off to the transmission shop I go now and hopefully get the same kind of service I received with you all. Y’all are great, keep up the good work!!!!

My wife and I have used many other tire companies over the last several years and none even begin to be in the same league as Big O Tires. We have used the services of Big O since first moving to Highlandville, Missouri in 2007. All members of this location are outstanding and Lawrence by far the best manager we have ever dealt with, he goes far beyond what is expected of him and his position with Big O Tires. We have had to use other locations of Big O when traveling throughout Missouri and no other manager even come close to Lawrence's personality

It never fails that these things happen right before a weekend full of big travel plans! My AC went out during the recent 90 degree weather... Since it was around 6 pm when it happened and I knew Big O would still be open, I called to see if they did those types of repairs. They told me to bring it in first thing the next morning. While I was at work, they checked it all out, made the necessary repairs, and I was back on the road and ready for a fun (and cool!) weekend by early that afternoon!!

They do good work, the best they can. I have been returning to Big-O for many years, and both my children, my brother, and others have patronized the company because of my referrals.

I'll definitely go back to the Nixa location for service.

Trace was very helpful in getting an accurate estimate and getting my truck in for brake service. Then she offered to run me home there in nixa while the work was being done. That was awesome.

They are always kind to check my tires when my tire light comes on.Most of the time it is nothing but this most recent time it was a screw and my tire was losing air quickly.They quickly worked me in and I was on my way.I feel fortunate to have Big O available in my town.
