I have always been very pleased with the services I have received at this Big O Tire and Service Center. The staff are very knowledgeable and prompt in taking care of my auto needs. Thank You for your great service.

Don was very nice. Took very good care of my car which is new and walked me out to my car and pointed out the sticker for when my next oil change was and told me he had programmed the reminder in my car as well.

I purchased a set of tire last month for our Highlander. Last week I took our '07 Silverado for service and alignment. Very pleased with both experiences

I needed a tire pressure sensor and I was able to get in right away. The staff was very friendly and professional and the price was better than the dealership where I normally take my vehicle so I will definitely be back.

The service at BOT is always friendly and helpful. My wife and I came in for an alignment and new tires, and even though the staff was short handed at the moment, we were worked in to their busy schedule. The work was completed and we were given the alignment paperwork and shown the specifications that the specs were adjusted to. We were also given a packet with the tire and alignment paperwork included in it. The experience was very good and we will be using BOT in the future for services that they perform!

The gentleman gave me several options. The work was done on time. He was friendly and easy to work with.

Much better service this time around then the last!!!! So far i'm loving the tires they suggested!

I have dealt with Big O for quite some time. They have always been very helpful and nice to deal with. This was my first visit to this location and found them to be especially nice and helpful.

I came in for an inspection and got a free alignment check. They got me in and out quickly. They took time to explain things I did not understand.

I called about getting an OD-ID certificate and Todd said that it was first come first served and they fit me in although they got busy. Great experience!!!
