I had just gotten off work and noticed a slow leak in my tire. I showed up 4 minutes before they closed, just to have them put a spare on because I had no jack. They patched my tire and put it back on, with no complaints that I was at closing time and I had no appointment. I couldn't be more satisfied with the friendliness and accomodations they made for me. Highly recommended!!!

had a flat on the way home from work.Next day took to Big O, they had tires in stock and within a few hours I was back on the road again!

Awesome bunch.Went in for tire rotation found my front tire about to fall off .had me fixed and out of there in no time.can't say enough.a great bunch .
